The selection of the winner will be determined by Ramy El-Batrawi and an approved panel, ensuring fairness for all participants. To be eligible to win, you must attend and actively participate in the entire live event. Your business must have a strong value proposition, and Ramy El-Batrawi holds the exclusive authority to approve or reject business ideas.
Remember, there is no cash award for the winner. Instead, all proceeds will be directly invested into the approved business, ensuring its growth and success.
Ramy's commitment to your success doesn't end at the event. The business coaching and mentoring relationship will continue until your company achieves a successful exit or is mutually deemed successful.

For each ticket purchased during this period, one additional ticket will be provided free of charge. These acquired tickets shall entitle the ticket holders to the specified allocations of the Series A Units in the Limited Liability Company ("LLC") established, as delineated in the Share Distribution section. Following the event, we will be conducting several follow-up calls to keep you informed about the progress of the selected business and provide additional learning opportunities. These calls will enable you to gain insights and valuable lessons, regardless of whether your business is chosen or not. The principles and methods we discuss during the event can be applied to any business venture you embark upon in the future.
